365体育网址 Roseville City School District’s K-8 Hybrid Program is a blended learning program that incorporates in-person instruction and at-home learning. Students will receive whole group and small group standards-based in-person instruction in language arts, math, science, and social studies essential standards, blended with independent practice activities and assignments to be completed at home. The K-8 Hybrid Program will be located at Riego Creek Elementary, Stoneridge Elementary, and Cooley Middle School with limited availability.

AVID, Advancement Via Individual Determination is an elementary through postsecondary college readiness system365体育网址 that is designed to increase school-wide learning and performance. The AVID system accelerates student learning, uses research-based methods of effective instruction, provides meaningful and motivational professional development, and acts as a catalyst for systemic reform and change.
All four of our middle schools offer a World Language program as well as one of our elementary campuses, Sargeant Elementary. Students have the opportunity to learn Spanish before they go to high school. Our RCSD World Language program uses the TPRS (Teaching Proficiency through Reading and Storytelling) method of foreign language teaching. Gifted and Talented Education, provides differentiated curriculum and instructional services to students who are identified as having abilities and/or potential for high performance.

TK students must be 5 years old on or before December 2, 2020, to be eligible for enrollment in Transitional Kindergarten for the 2020-2021 school year.
Over the past months the Roseville City School District has continuously been evaluating the most up-to-date information provided by Federal, State and Local entities regarding COVID-19 as we endeavor to return to school and provide a safe learning environment for our students, staff and community.
We offer music education at all of our school sites! Education is provided by credentialed music teachers. At our elementary schools, students in grades kindergarten through 5th attend their music class weekly. There are also opportunities for our 4th or 5th-grade students to participate in additional music opportunities before or after school.
Each of our middle schools offers music as an elective class. Each site offers different level band classes and other music classes.

Volunteers and teachers use the Art is Everywhere program to teach students about artists, art elements, principles, and practical art skills. We are proud to offer International Baccalaureate (IB) programs at Eich Middle School and Sargeant Elementary.

365体育网址 Project Lead the Way (PLTW) is a program that introduces students to STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) concepts and allows them to grow with confidence and interest in these areas. The program allows them to be problem solvers and employ critical thinking. Project Lead the Way is offered at Stoneridge Elementary school and Chilton Middle School. Every student in grades kindergarten through 5th grade participates in PLTW at Stoneridge, and it is offered as an elective at Chilton.
365体育网址 Career Technical Education (CTE) courses are offered at each of the four RCSD Middle School sites. These courses teach our students to think critically with applied math and science, develop problem-solving skills, and hone the technical proficiency required of college students and employees in a competitive, global economy.
The ASES After School Education and Safety Program is offered at Woodbridge and Cirby Elementary Schools and is open to Kindergarten through fifth-grade students. It is funded through a grant from the State of California. The Program is offered to parents at no-cost and serves students every day after school until 6:00 p.m.
